Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email + chosen display name (for account)
• Content you create (cases, posts, articles, etc.)
• Usage metadata: which stage you ran, when, how many tokens it cost
• Stripe billing metadata (customer ID + subscription state) — Stripe stores card details, not us
• Your Anthropic API key, encrypted at rest (BYO plan only)

What we don't collect

• Card numbers (handled by Stripe)
• Plaintext API keys (always encrypted)
• Behavioral tracking beyond essential usage events

Who sees your data

Only you. Row-level security in Postgres prevents any other user from reading your rows. Anthropic sees the prompts you send through them (their privacy policy applies). Stripe sees your billing info. We don't share with anyone else.

Deletion

Delete your account in settings. All rows owned by your account are removed (cascade on the Postgres user row). Stripe customer record is detached but retained for accounting.
